At conference, it gets approval with Board of Executive about implementation Shareholder meeting resolution in 2015 as following:

-          Total production :                                           320 billion dong;

-          Total revenue:                                                 300 billion dong;

-          Profit before tax:                                             10 billion dong or higher;

-          Average income of emloyee:                          9.500.000 đ/person/month;

-          Dividend 2015:                                               >=8 %;

-          Implement proper and sufficient actions for labour rights

-          Cooperate with organization and organize activities in 2015

-          Absolutely ensure labour safety, safety train operation.

-          Report about implementation of Labour agreement in 2012 and agreement period from 2015-2018, amended and supplemented.
